At the end of each live video surveillance shift, a Daily Surveillance Report (DSR) is generated and emailed to each customer. This consists of time-stamped snapshots of events along with detailed descriptions. The DSR not only provides proof to our customers that their properties are being protected from any criminal activity, but it keeps the client abreast of all non-emergency activities happening on their property. We maintain, store, and protect our customer’s video footage.  RISK Protection Group will always act on the side of caution, as we are continuously improving access authorization procedures and general system security. We can also work with your current internet provider as long as the minimum bandwidth requirement is met.
